Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

BioStride Pro includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is required to start the trial but will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

3. Refunds

Because BioStride is a digital subscription service, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees already charged. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case individually.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment processor, who acts as the Merchant of Record. For billing disputes, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
